अहोधिङ्मन्निमित्तोऽयंविनाशोराजपुत्रयोः ।अथवापुत्रशोकेनअहत्यारामलक्ष्मणौ ।।।।विधमिष्यतिमांरौद्रोराक्षसःपापनिश्चयः ।
aho dhiṅ man-nimitto 'yaṃ vināśo rāja-putrayoḥ | athavā putra-śokena ahatya rāma-lakṣmaṇau || vidhamiṣyati māṃ raudro rākṣasaḥ pāpa-niścayaḥ ||
¡Ay, vergüenza! ¿Sucede esta ruina de los dos príncipes por mi causa? ¿O acaso, afligido por la muerte de su hijo, y sin poder matar a Rāma y Lakṣmaṇa, ese fiero Rākṣasa—firme en su propósito pecaminoso—ha resuelto destruirme?
Wow! Has the destruction of the two brothers brought about on account of the grief of the death of his son or on my account? Not able to kill Rama and Lakshmana, has this fierce Rakshasa who does not hesitate, resolved to kill me?
