The Slaying of Atikāya
न हिमद्बाहुसृष्टानामस्त्राणाहिमवानपि ।सोढुमुत्सहतेवेगमन्तरिक्षमथोमही ।।।।
na hi madbāhusṛṣṭānām astrāṇāṃ himavān api | soḍhum utsahate vegam antarikṣam atho mahī ||
En verdad, ni siquiera el Himaván puede soportar el ímpetu de las armas soltadas por mi brazo; ni el espacio del cielo, ni aun la tierra resisten su fuerza.
The shafts discharged from my arm can't be borne, by the Himalayas, even the atmosphere between the sky and earth can't bear the force.
