Rāvaṇa’s Assault on Nīla and Lakṣmaṇa; Hanumān Bears Rāma
सतस्यवाक्यंप्रतिपूर्णघोषंज्याशब्दमुग्रंचनिशम्यराजा ।आसाद्यसौमित्रिमवस्थितंतंकोपान्वितोवाचमुवाचरक्षः ।।6.59.95।।
sa tasya vākyaṃ pratipūrṇa-ghoṣaṃ jyā-śabdam ugraṃ ca niśamya rājā |
āsādya saumitrim avasthitaṃ taṃ kopānvito vācam uvāca rakṣaḥ ||6.59.95||
Al oír sus palabras, plenas de desafío, y el áspero chasquido de la cuerda del arco, el rey de los Rākṣasas se acercó al firme Saumitrī y, colmado de ira, habló.
Hearing the challenging statement of the king of Rakshasas and hearing the vibrating sound, Saumithri standing close by spoke these wrathful words.
