«Oh noble señor, soy plenamente capaz de dar muerte a este enemigo de mente perversa. Lo destruiré; concédeme permiso, oh poderoso soberano.»
"I will exterminate the evil minded Ravana. Oh! noble brother, may I be permitted to complete the task"
Dharma is shown as disciplined hierarchy and restraint: even in righteous anger, Lakṣmaṇa seeks authorization from Rāma rather than acting from ego or impulse.
Lakṣmaṇa, seeing the crisis on the battlefield, requests Rāma’s permission to personally confront and destroy Rāvaṇa.
Obedience joined with valor—Lakṣmaṇa’s courage is guided by respect for rightful command.
