Lakshmana hurt by Ravana's dart, shaken up, seizing the bow feebly with great difficulty regaining consciousness tore the bow of the enemy of Indra into pieces in return.
Dharma is upheld through dhṛti—returning to one’s duty even after injury, without surrendering to despair.
After being struck, Lakṣmaṇa staggers but recovers and retaliates by cutting Rāvaṇa’s bow.
Dhṛti (steadfast resilience) and disciplined retaliation rather than panic.
