युद्धकाण्डे एकोनषष्टितमः सर्गः

Rāvaṇa’s Assault on Nīla and Lakṣmaṇa; Hanumān Bears Rāma

सतान् प्रचिच्छेदहिराक्षसेन्द्रःछित्वाचतन्लक्ष्मणमाजघान ।शरेणकालाग्निसमप्रभेणस्वयम्भुदत्तेनललाटदेशे ।।6.59.104।।

Transliteration

sa tān praciccheda hi rākṣasendraḥ chitvā ca tān lakṣmaṇam ājaghāna | śareṇa kālāgnisamaprabhena svayambhudattena lalāṭadeśe ||6.59.104||

Translation

Pero el rey de los rākṣasas las hizo pedazos; y tras quebrarlas, hirió a Lakṣmaṇa en la frente con una flecha otorgada por el Autoengendrado, fulgurante como el fuego de la disolución.

Context
