सेनानिवेशः रामविलापश्च
Encampment on the Northern Shore; Rama’s Lament and Sandhyā
तन्मेदहतिगात्राणिविषंपीतमिवाशये ।हानाथेतिप्रियासामांह्रियमाणायदब्रवीत् ।।।।
tan me dahati gātrāṇi viṣaṃ pītam ivāśaye | hā nātheti priyā sā māṃ hriyamāṇā yad abravīt ||6.5.7||
Ese pensamiento me abrasa los miembros como si un veneno bebido morara en mi interior: pues mi amada, mientras era arrebatada, me clamó: «¡Ay, mi señor!»
While being carried away that beloved of mine would have cried aloud saying 'oh! my lord'. This thought is burning my body as though I have consumed poison in my stomach.
