Por el cauce de sus heridas manó abundante sangre; y aun así, los dos hermanos resplandecían, como árboles kiṃśuka en plena floración.
Indrajith who is ever victorious, pierced repeatedly arrows all over the body of Rama and Lakshmana.
A dharmic life can remain luminous even in suffering: the imagery suggests inner nobility and truth (satya) shining despite bodily harm.
After being pierced, Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa bleed profusely, yet are described with a strikingly radiant simile.
Majesty and fortitude—dignity that remains visible even when wounded.
