अवरुह्य जगामाशु वेलावनमनुत्तमम् ।रामो रमयतां श्रेष्ट स्ससुग्रीव स्सलक्ष्मणः ।।।।

Transliteration

avaruhya jagāmāśu velāvanam anuttamam |

rāmo ramayatāṃ śreṣṭhaḥ sa-sugrīvaḥ sa-lakṣmaṇaḥ ||

Translation

Descendiendo, Rāma —el mejor de quienes otorgan gozo— fue presto al excelso bosque costero, acompañado de Sugrīva y Lakṣmaṇa.
