Oh Sugriva, hemos llegado a la morada de Varuna, el mar. Ahora, aquí mismo, debemos deliberar sobre el plan que surgió antes en nuestras mentes.
Sugriva! We have reached the ocean and now we have to think of that idea now, which we thought of earlier.
Dharma as thoughtful action: before undertaking a great deed, leaders deliberate responsibly rather than acting impulsively—aligning means with righteous ends (satya-sādhana).
Rāma and the vānara forces arrive at the ocean and must decide how to cross to Laṅkā; Rāma calls for renewed strategic reflection.
Rāma’s measured leadership—calm planning, consultation, and clarity of purpose.
