Con el permiso de Brahmā, ambos han bebido el amṛta, el néctar de la inmortalidad; como jefes de tropas, confían en aplastar Laṅkā con la sola fuerza de su poder.
"They drank the nectar of immortality with the permission of Brahma. These leaders are aspiring to destroy Lanka by their prowess."
Power (even divinely granted) carries responsibility; immortality or boons do not justify adharma—strength is meant to protect right order, not arrogance.
Śuka continues briefing Rāvaṇa about the extraordinary capabilities of Mainda and Dvivida, including their divine boon-like immortality.
Resolve and courage in righteous warfare—confidence rooted in capability and duty.
