Al oír que Jāmbumālin había sido muerto y que los poderosos Kiṅkaras también habían perecido, Rāvaṇa se encendió en furia, con los ojos enrojecidos de ira.
Ravana's eyes became blood-shot in anger when he heard about the death of Jambumali and of the strong army of kinkaras.
Unrestrained anger clouds judgment and pushes leaders toward escalation; dharma calls for discernment (viveka), especially after loss.
News reaches Rāvaṇa that Hanumān has killed Jāmbumālin and also defeated the Kiṅkara forces.
Negatively, the lack of self-control in Rāvaṇa—his rage-driven reaction contrasts with dhārmic restraint.
