दूत्यम् / Hanuman’s Mediation and Lakshmana’s Appeal to Sugriva
प्रसन्नमुखवर्णश्च व्यक्तं हृष्टश्च भाषते।नानृतं वक्ष्यते वीरो हनुमान्मारुतात्मजः।।
prasannamukhavarṇaś ca vyaktaṃ hṛṣṭaś ca bhāṣate | nānṛtaṃ vakṣyate vīro hanumān mārutātmajaḥ ||
Su rostro, radiante y sereno, deja claro que habla con gozo. El héroe Hanumān, hijo del Viento, no pronunciará falsedad.
'It is evident from his words and from his cheerful face that Hanuman is pleased. (I know that) this heroic son of the Wind-god will never tell a lie'.
