Entonces, totalmente sobrecogidos, las asambleas de rishis, junto con devas y asuras, se dirigieron al magnánimo Viśvāmitra con palabras de súplica y conciliación.
Struck with wonder and fear, hosts of rishis, suras and asuras humbly addressed Viswamitra.
When order is threatened, dharma favors respectful counsel and de-escalation—approaching even a powerful ascetic with humility to prevent harm.
As Viśvāmitra begins a radical act of creation in anger, sages, gods, and asuras unite to placate him and avert cosmic disruption.
Humility and prudent speech (vinaya, hitavacana) are emphasized by the petitioners.
