Bestowal of Divine Astras to Rama

Mientras el sabio Viśvāmitra, de gran entendimiento, recitaba sus mantras, todos los venerables astras se manifestaron y quedaron prestos al servicio de Rāghava.
While the sagacious ascetic Viswamitra was muttering the mystic terms of these venerable astras (addressing their respective deities), all these weapons (with their mystic power) attended on Rama.
Dharma links power to disciplined speech and truth-bearing mantra: the astras respond not to ego but to rightful invocation within a sacred order.
Through Viśvāmitra’s mantra-recitation, the astras manifest and become available to Rāma.
Spiritual competence (tapas/mantra-siddhi) in Viśvāmitra and the rightful receptivity of Rāma.
