Entonces el mejor de los sabios, purificado y vuelto hacia el oriente, complacido en gran manera, otorgó a Rāma el insuperable conjunto de mantras.
Viswamitra, the greatest ascetic after the purification ritual stood with his face turned east and happily, conferred on Rama collection of the unique mantras.
Dharma is upheld through sanctified procedure: purity, right orientation, and proper transmission show that sacred power is not casual—it is disciplined and ethically bounded.
The narration describes the formal act by which Viśvāmitra confers mantra-knowledge enabling the use of astras.
Reverence for sacred order (niyama): Viśvāmitra models meticulous spiritual discipline; Rāma is the worthy recipient.
