पायसप्रादुर्भावः
The Manifestation of the Divine Payasa and the Avatara Resolution
स हि तेपे तपस्तीव्रं दीर्घकालमरिन्दम ।येन तुष्टोऽभवद्ब्रह्मा लोककृल्लोकपूर्वज:।।।।
sa hi tepe tapas tīvraṁ dīrgha-kālam arindama | yena tuṣṭo ’bhavad brahmā loka-kṛl loka-pūrvajaḥ ||
Pues durante largo tiempo practicó austeridades intensas, oh domador de enemigos; por ello Brahmā —creador de los mundos, anterior a los mundos— quedó complacido.
The virtuous wives of the king were exceedingly delighted and felt honoured after receiving the payasam .
Austerity and disciplined effort can yield powerful results; Dharma requires that such power be guided by righteous intent rather than ego or harm.
