गङ्गादर्शनम् तथा गुहसमागमः
Vision of the Gaṅgā and Meeting with Guha
स्वागतं ते महाबाहो तवेयमखिला मही।।2.50.38।।वयं प्रेष्या भवान्भर्ता साधु राज्यं प्रशाधि नः।
svāgataṃ te mahābāho taveyaṃ ’khilā mahī | vayaṃ preṣyā bhavān bhartā sādhu rājyaṃ praśādhi naḥ || 2.50.38 ||
“¡Bienvenido seas, oh de brazos poderosos! Toda esta tierra es tuya. Nosotros somos tus servidores; tú eres nuestro señor. Gobierna rectamente este reino para nuestro bien.”
O mighty-armed prince, welcome to you! This entire land belongs to you. You are our master and we, your servants. Rule this kingdom happily.
Loyalty to righteous authority: Guha recognizes Rama’s moral sovereignty and offers service, implying that true rule is grounded in dharma rather than mere possession.
