बहिर्निष्क्रमणं चैव न कुर्वीत कदाचन । स्वप्नमध्ययनं स्नानमुद्वर्तं भोजनं गतिम्

bahirniṣkramaṇaṃ caiva na kurvīta kadācana | svapnamadhyayanaṃ snānamudvartaṃ bhojanaṃ gatim
