The Consecration (Anointing) of Indra
ऋषय ऊचुः । इन्द्रत्वं कस्य संजातं देवानां शब्दधारकम् । केन दत्तं त्वमाचक्ष्व विस्तराद्द्विजसत्तम
ṛṣaya ūcuḥ | indratvaṃ kasya saṃjātaṃ devānāṃ śabdadhārakam | kena dattaṃ tvamācakṣva vistarāddvijasattama
Los ṛṣis dijeron: «¿De quién surgió la soberanía de Indra, el cargo que porta ese mismo nombre entre los dioses? ¿Por quién fue otorgada? Oh el mejor de los dos veces nacidos, decláralo con detalle».
