Narada (narration within a tirtha-mahatmya dialogue, traditionally framed as teachings conveyed in the Narada Purana)
Vrata: none
Rasa: {"primary_rasa":"shanta","secondary_rasa":"bhakti","emotional_journey":"Reflective resolve: witnessing Pañcanada’s greatness inspires confidence that future descendants will perform proper śrāddha there."}
It highlights the enduring sanctity (mahimā) of the Pañcanada tirtha—so powerful that it inspires and draws even future descendants to perform proper Śrāddha there, emphasizing continuity of pitṛ-dharma across generations.
While the verse focuses on Śrāddha, it reflects bhakti in the Purāṇic sense: reverent adherence to dharma and sacred places, performed with faith (śraddhā) and gratitude—an attitude that supports a devotional life aligned with divine order.
Kalpa (ritual procedure) is implied through “śrāddha-vidhānataḥ,” stressing that Śrāddha should be done according to prescribed injunctions—right method, right sequence, and right observances.
