एतद्विधानं च मयोदितं ते पृष्टं हि सर्वं गुडधेनुपूर्वम् । गंगार्चनं मुक्तिकरं व्रतं त्त सांवत्सरं श्रीपतितुष्टिदं हि ॥ ४४ ॥

Transliteration

etadvidhānaṃ ca mayoditaṃ te pṛṣṭaṃ hi sarvaṃ guḍadhenupūrvam | gaṃgārcanaṃ muktikaraṃ vrataṃ tta sāṃvatsaraṃ śrīpatituṣṭidaṃ hi || 44 ||

Translation

Así te he declarado íntegramente este rito, tal como preguntaste, comenzando con la ofrenda de la “vaca de jaggery” (guḍa-dhenu). Este voto de adoración a Gaṅgā concede liberación; debe observarse durante un año completo y, sin duda, complace a Śrīpati (el Señor Viṣṇu).
