Gaṅgā-māhātmya

बीजानि च विचित्राणि तेषां मूलानि वै तथा । तावत्कल्पसहस्राणि तेषां लोकेषु संस्थितिः ॥ ७२ ॥

bījāni ca vicitrāṇi teṣāṃ mūlāni vai tathā | tāvatkalpasahasrāṇi teṣāṃ lokeṣu saṃsthitiḥ || 72 ||

Sus semillas son variadas, y así también sus raíces; y por tantos miles de kalpas permanece establecida su existencia en los mundos.
