The Greatness of the Month of Māgha

Māgha-snāna, Harivāsara, and the Kāṣṭhīlā-Upākhyāna

यत्कृतं हि मया पूर्वमेकादश्यामुपोषणम् । तत्तुरीयांशपुण्येन काष्ठीलेयं विमुच्यताम् ॥ ५२ ॥

yatkṛtaṃ hi mayā pūrvamekādaśyāmupoṣaṇam | tatturīyāṃśapuṇyena kāṣṭhīleyaṃ vimucyatām || 52 ||

Por el mérito de una cuarta parte de la piedad del ayuno de Ekādaśī que observé antaño, que esta aflicción llamada Kāṣṭhīla sea liberada y apartada.
