Mohinī-ākhyāna: The Trial of Ekādaśī and the King’s Satya-saṅkalpa

सत्यच्युतं निष्ठुरवाक्यभाषिणं विमुक्तधर्मं त्वनृतं शठं च । परित्यजेयं जनकं तवाधमं नैव स्थितिर्मे भविता हि तेन ॥ ६३ ॥

satyacyutaṃ niṣṭhuravākyabhāṣiṇaṃ vimuktadharmaṃ tvanṛtaṃ śaṭhaṃ ca | parityajeyaṃ janakaṃ tavādhamaṃ naiva sthitirme bhavitā hi tena || 63 ||

Quien ha caído de la verdad, habla con dureza y ha abandonado el dharma—falso y taimado: a un hombre tan vil, aunque fuese tu padre, yo lo repudiaría. Pues con él no puede haber para mí estabilidad alguna.
