नृपस्य वचनं श्रुत्वा मोहिनी मधुराक्षरम् । समुवाच स्मितं कृत्वा तमुत्थाप्य नृपं तदा ॥ ९ ॥
nṛpasya vacanaṃ śrutvā mohinī madhurākṣaram | samuvāca smitaṃ kṛtvā tamutthāpya nṛpaṃ tadā || 9 ||
Al oír las palabras del rey, Mohinī, la encantadora, pronunciando dulces sílabas, sonrió; y entonces, en ese mismo instante, levantó al rey y le habló.
