Adhyaya 83 — The Slaying of Mahishasura’s Armies and the Final Death of Mahishasura
ततो हाहाकृतं सर्वं दैत्यसैन्यं ननाश तत् ।
प्रहर्षं च परं जग्मुः सकला देवतागणाः ॥
tato hāhākṛtaṃ sarvaṃ daityasainyaṃ nanāśa tat / praharṣaṃ ca paraṃ jagmuḥ sakalā devatāgaṇāḥ
Entonces, todo el ejército de los daityas, clamando «¡Ay de nosotros!», fue desbaratado y pereció; y todas las huestes de los dioses alcanzaron la dicha suprema.
