Adhyaya 63 — The Birth of Svarocis and the Rescue of Manoramā: The Astra-Heart and the Healing of Curses

The text distinguishes between scattered force and concentrated essence: the ‘hṛdaya’ is the disciplined principle behind many applications. Power is framed as purposeful—aimed at removing adharma (enemy) in context.
Ākhyāna/vidyā-upadeśa; not a pancalakṣaṇa segment.
‘All-astra hṛdaya’ symbolizes integrated will and mantra-consciousness: when the inner core is mastered, multiple ‘weapons’ (skills/energies) become coherent and effective.
