Pulastya’s Instruction
ततो व्यासवनं गच्छेन्नियतो नियताशन: । मनोजवे नर: स्नात्वा गोसहस्रफलं लभेत्,तत्पश्चात् नियमपूर्वक रहते हुए मिताहारी होकर व्यासवनकी यात्रा करे। वहाँ मनोजवतीर्थमें स्नान करके मनुष्य सहस्र गोदानका फल पाता है
tato vyāsavanaṁ gacchen niyato niyatāśanaḥ | manojave naraḥ snātvā gosahasraphalaṁ labhet |
Después, con disciplina y moderación en la comida, debe uno dirigirse al bosque de Vyāsa. Tras bañarse en el vado sagrado Manojava, el hombre obtiene un mérito equivalente al de donar mil vacas.
