दमयन्त्याः कार्यनिश्चयः — Damayantī’s Crisis Plan and Vārṣṇeya’s Departure
दमयन्ती तथा वाग्भिरभिनन्द्य कृताज्जलि: । तौ परस्परत: प्रीतौ दृष्टवा त्वग्निपुरोगमान्
damayantī tathā vāgbhir abhinandya kṛtāñjaliḥ | tau parasparataḥ prītau dṛṣṭvā tv agnipurogamān ||
Damayantī, con las palmas juntas en señal de reverencia, los saludó con palabras corteses. Al ver que ambos se complacían mutuamente, dirigió entonces la mirada hacia aquellos que avanzaban con Agni a la cabeza: un presagio auspicioso que confirmaba su concordia y la rectitud de su proceder.
