Śiva Grants the Pāśupata Astra (Pāśupata-Śastra Upadeśa) | शिवेन पाशुपतास्त्रदानम्
ततोडर्जुनो महातेजा लोकपालान् समागतान् | पूजयामास विधिवद् वाग्भिरद्धि: फलैरपि,तत्पश्चात् महातेजस्वी अर्जुनने वहाँ पधारे हुए लोकपालोंका मीठे वचन, जल और फलोंके द्वारा भी विधिपूर्वक पूजन किया
tato 'rjuno mahātejā lokapālān samāgatān | pūjayāmāsa vidhivad vāgbhir adbhir phalair api ||
Entonces Arjuna, resplandeciente de gran energía, honró debidamente a los guardianes de los mundos allí reunidos. Conforme a la costumbre correcta, los recibió con palabras corteses, con agua de hospitalidad y con frutos—mostrando un respeto disciplinado ante la autoridad divina y la ética de acoger al huésped.
