सर्वयोधेषु चैवास्य सदा प्रीतिरनुत्तमा । आचार्या मानितास्तुष्टा: शान्तिं व्यवहरन्त्युत,अन्य सम्पूर्ण योद्धाओंपर भी दुर्योधन सदा ही बहुत प्रेम रखता है। उसके द्वारा सम्मानित और संतुष्ट किये हुए आचार्यगण उसके लिये सदा शान्तिका प्रयत्न करते हैं
sarvayodheṣu caivāsya sadā prītir anuttamā | ācāryā mānitās tuṣṭāḥ śāntiṃ vyavaharanti uta ||
Yudhiṣṭhira dijo: «Él (Duryodhana) mantiene siempre un afecto constante e insuperable incluso hacia todos los guerreros. Y los maestros, honrados por él y por ello complacidos, obran sin cesar para procurar paz y bienestar en su favor».
