सूतस्त्वधिरथ: पुत्र विवृद्धं समयेन तम् । दृष्टवा प्रस्थापयामास पुरं वारणसाह्दयम्,अधिरथ सूतने अपने पुत्रको बड़ा हुआ देख उसे यथासमय हस्तिनापुर भेज दिया
sūtastv adhirathaḥ putra vivṛddhaṃ samayena tam | dṛṣṭvā prasthāpayāmāsa puraṃ vāraṇasāhdayam ||
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: Adhiratha, el auriga, al ver que el muchacho había crecido a su debido tiempo, lo envió en el momento oportuno a la ciudad de Hastināpura.
