सर्वैरस्माभिरुक्त यत् तथा तन्नात्र संशय: । भूयोभूय: समृद्धिस्ते क्षिप्रमेव भविष्यति,हम सब लोगोंने जो बात कही है, वह ज्यों-की-त्यों सत्य निकली, इसमें संशय नहीं है। आगे भी शीघ्र ही आपकी बारंबार समृद्धि होनेवाली है
sarvair asmābhir uktaṃ yat tathā tan nātra saṃśayaḥ | bhūyobhūyaḥ samṛddhis te kṣipram eva bhaviṣyati ||
Dijo Mārkaṇḍeya: “Lo que todos nosotros declaramos se ha cumplido tal cual; no hay duda. Y también en lo venidero, tu prosperidad volverá una y otra vez, y lo hará con presteza.”
मार्कण्डेय उवाच
The verse emphasizes confidence in truthful counsel and the ethical reassurance that hardship is not final: when words are grounded in dharma and insight, they can be trusted, and prosperity can return repeatedly even after loss.
Mārkaṇḍeya addresses his listener(s) with certainty, affirming that a prior statement made collectively has proven true and predicting that the addressee’s prosperity will soon arise again and again—serving as consolation and encouragement in the forest-exile context of the Vana Parva.
