उभे संध्ये पठेन्नित्यं नारी वा पुरुषो यदि । आप प्राप्य मुच्येत बद्धों मुच्येत बन्धनात्,स्त्री हो या पुरुष यदि दोनों संध्याओंके समय इस स्तोत्रका पाठ करता है तो आपत्तिमें पड़कर भी उससे मुक्त हो जाता है। बन्धनमें पड़ा हुआ मनुष्य बन्धनसे मुक्त हो जाता है
ubhe sandhye paṭhennityaṃ nārī vā puruṣo yadi | āp prāpya mucyeta baddho mucyeta bandhanāt ||
Vaiśampāyana dijo: Si una mujer o un hombre recita con constancia (este himno) en ambos crepúsculos —al alba y al ocaso—, aun si cae en la calamidad queda liberado de ella; y quien ha sido atado es desatado de sus ligaduras.

Vaiśampāyana states the fruit (phalaśruti) of a particular stotra: anyone—woman or man—who recites it daily at dawn and dusk gains deliverance from calamity and freedom from imprisonment or binding constraints.
