Kuntī–Sūrya-saṃvāda: Autonomy, Reputation, and the Promise of Karṇa

तथा समभवच्चापि यदुवाच विभीषण: । क्षणेनातीन्द्रियाण्येषां चक्षूंषप्पासन्‌ युधिष्ठिर,युधिष्ठि!! जैसा विभीषणने बताया था, उसका वैसा ही प्रभाव देखनेमें आया। इन सबकी आँखें क्षणभरमें अतीन्द्रिय वस्तुओंका साक्षात्कार करनेवाली हो गयीं

tathā samabhavac cāpi yad uvāca vibhīṣaṇaḥ | kṣaṇenātīndriyāṇy eṣāṃ cakṣūṃṣy āpaśyan yudhiṣṭhira ||

Dijo Mārkaṇḍeya: «Y sucedió exactamente como había declarado Vibhīṣaṇa. En un instante, oh Yudhiṣṭhira, sus ojos se volvieron capaces de contemplar lo que está más allá de los sentidos ordinarios».
