Kuntī’s Regulated Hospitality to a Brāhmaṇa Guest
तयोर्युद्धमभूद् घोरं हरिराक्षसवीरयो: । जिगीषतोर्युधान्योन्यमिन्द्रप्रह्मलादयोरिव,उन दोनों वानर तथा राक्षसवीरोंमें भयंकर युद्ध छिड़ गया। वे इन्द्र और प्रह्नादकी भाँति युद्ध करके एक-दूसरेको जीतना चाहते थे
tayor yuddham abhūd ghoraṃ harirākṣasavīrayoḥ | jigīṣator yudhānyonyam indraprahlādayor iva ||
Dijo Mārkaṇḍeya: Estalló una batalla terrible entre aquellos dos héroes: el mono y el rākṣasa. Cada cual combatía con ansia de vencer al otro, como Indra y Prahlāda en los tiempos antiguos.
