धर्मात्मा भवति होवं चित्त चास्य प्रसीदति
dharmātmā bhavati hovaṃ citta cāsya prasīdati

व्याध उवाच
Right conduct rooted in dharma transforms a person’s character (dharmātmā) and brings inner serenity (citta-prasāda). Ethical living is presented not only as social duty but as a direct cause of mental clarity and peace.
In the Vyādha’s discourse, he summarizes the fruit of dharmic behavior: the practitioner becomes righteous in disposition and experiences a pacified, contented mind—reinforcing his broader instruction that true dharma is known by lived conduct and its purifying effect.
