मुखजेनाग्निना क्रुद्धों लोकानुद्)र्तयन्निव । क्षणेन राजशार्दूल पुरेव कपिल: प्रभु:
mukhajenāgninā kruddho lokān uddhartayann iva | kṣaṇena rājaśārdūla pureva kapilaḥ prabhuḥ ||
Mārkaṇḍeya dijo: «Encolerizado, parecía abrasar los mundos con el fuego que brotaba de su boca; en un solo instante, oh tigre entre los reyes, aquel poderoso se volvió como el antiguo Kapila».
मार्कण्डेय उवाच
The verse highlights the terrifying potency of uncontrolled wrath, especially when joined to extraordinary power: anger can become world-consuming, threatening cosmic order and ethical balance.
Mārkaṇḍeya describes a powerful figure who, in sudden rage, appears to emit fire from his mouth and overwhelm the worlds, being compared to the ancient sage Kapila, famed in tradition for a destructive blaze born of ascetic might.
