यावद्‌ वत्सस्य वै पादौ शिरश्रैव प्रदृश्यते । तस्मिन्‌ काले प्रदातव्या प्रयत्नेनान्तरात्मना

Translation

«Cuando la vaca preñada está pariendo y sólo se ve afuera el hocico y las dos patas del ternero, en ese mismo momento debe donarse esa vaca con empeño y con el corazón purificado.»
