मृगाणां स वराहाणां महिषाणां महाभुज: विनिष्नंस्तत्र तत्रेव भीमो भीमपराक्रम:
mṛgāṇāṃ sa varāhāṇāṃ mahiṣāṇāṃ mahābhujaḥ | viniṣṇan tatra tatraiva bhīmo bhīmaparākramaḥ ||
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: Bhīma, de poderosos brazos —cuyo arrojo era verdaderamente temible—, se entregó a la caza y, aquí y allá, abatía ciervos, jabalíes e incluso búfalos salvajes.
