वैशम्पायन उवाच
A reputation grounded in compassion and universal welfare (bhūtahita) becomes a source of moral authority and practical safety; one who is known to act for the good of all can remain fearless, supported by dharma and by fraternal unity.
Vaiśampāyana addresses Pārtha (Arjuna), affirming that all beings recognize his commitment to the welfare of creatures, and instructs him to stay without fear on a mountain peak together with his brothers.
