इन्द्रस्य पाण्डवैः समागमः

Indra’s Meeting with the Pāṇḍavas

भीमसेनस्य न ग्लानिर्विक्षतस्यापि राक्षसै: । आसीत्‌ तस्यामवस्थायां कुबेरमपि पश्यत:,भीमसेनको राक्षसोंने बहुत घायल कर दिया था। उस अवस्थामें भी कुबेरको देखकर उनके मनमें तनिक भी ग्लानि नहीं होती थी

bhīmasenasya na glānir vikṣatasya api rākṣasaiḥ | āsīt tasyām avasthāyāṃ kuberaṃ api paśyataḥ ||

Dijo Vaiśampāyana: Aunque Bhīmasena había sido gravemente herido por los rākṣasas, en tal estado no sintió vergüenza ni abatimiento alguno—ni siquiera al contemplar al propio Kubera. El verso resalta la firmeza de Bhīma: el cuerpo sufre, pero el ánimo no se rinde, aun ante un testigo divino.
