Educational Q&A

The verse highlights the relentless, embodied reality of violent conflict: when dharma collapses into brute contest, even noble warriors become instruments of force. It implicitly cautions that heroism without restraint can devolve into sheer ferocity, making the sound of impact itself a marker of escalating harm.

Two formidable warriors are engaged in close combat, striking each other with terrifying fists. The blows are so heavy and continuous that a loud clacking/grinding sound arises from their bodies and impacts, emphasizing the intensity of the duel.
