अध्याय १४९ — हनूमतो महद्रूपदर्शनं तथा धर्म-नीति-उपदेशः
Hanūmān’s Vast Form and Instruction on Dharma–Statecraft
ततः प्रवृत्ति: सीताया गृप्रेण सुमहात्मना । सम्पातिना समाख्याता रावणस्य निवेशने,तदनन्तर गृध्रजातीय महाबुद्धिमान् सम्पातिने सीताजीके सम्बन्धमें यह समाचार दिया कि वे रावणके नगरमें विद्यमान हैं
tataḥ pravṛttiḥ sītāyā gṛdhreṇa sumahātmanā | sampātinā samākhyātā rāvaṇasya niveśane ||
Entonces el magnánimo buitre Sampāti comunicó la noticia acerca de Sītā: que se hallaba en la morada de Rāvaṇa. En el marco moral del relato, es un instante en que el testimonio veraz y la ayuda compasiva se vuelven instrumentos del dharma, guiando a los justos hacia el rescate de la inocente.
