इक्ष्वाकुवंशप्रभवो युवनाश्वो महीपति: । सो5यजत् पृथिवीपाल: क्रतुभिर्भूरिदक्षिणै:,इक्ष्वाकुवंशमें युवनाश्व॒ नामसे प्रसिद्ध एक राजा हो गये हैं। भूपाल युवनाश्चने प्रचुर दक्षिणावाले बहुत-से यज्ञोंका अनुष्ठान किया
Ikṣvākavaṁśaprabhavo Yuvanāśvo mahīpatiḥ | so 'yajat pṛthivīpālaḥ kratubhir bhūridakṣiṇaiḥ ||
Lomaśa dijo: «Del linaje de Ikṣvāku surgió un rey llamado Yuvanāśva. Aquel señor de la tierra celebró muchos sacrificios, cada uno acompañado de abundantes dádivas (dakṣiṇā) para los sacerdotes oficiantes».
