सुकन्याया: पितुश्नास्य लोके कीर्ति: प्रथेदिति । अतो मयैतद्‌ विहितं तव वीर्यप्रकाशनम्‌

sukanyāyāḥ pituḥ nāsya loke kīrtiḥ prathed iti | ato mayaitad vihitaṃ tava vīrya-prakāśanam ||

Dijo Lomaśa: «Para que el padre de Sukanyā alcance renombre en el mundo, he dispuesto esto: la manifestación pública de tu poder. Así, el mérito y la fama se acumulan mediante un acto que revela la fuerza verdadera al servicio de un propósito digno.»
