The verse affirms Kṛṣṇa’s cosmic primacy: even Brahmā, the creator of the manifested universe, is said to arise from Kṛṣṇa. Ethically, it supports reverence and surrender to the highest divine source behind all beings and order.
Arjuna addresses Kṛṣṇa as Vārṣṇeya and praises Him by recalling a cosmogonic motif: Brahmā, teacher of all creatures, is born from Kṛṣṇa’s navel-lotus, and the world is Brahmā’s creation.
