Kirmīra-rākṣasa-saṃgamaḥ (Encounter and Slaying of Kirmīra) | किर्मीरेण सह भीमसेनसमागमः
प्रस्थाने व्यास एषां च मन्त्री प्रियहिते रत: । ततोडगच्छन्नेकचक्रां पाण्डवा: संशितव्रता:,उस यात्रामें इनके प्रिय एवं हितमें लगे हुए व्यासजी ही इनके परामर्शदाता हुए। उत्तम व्रतका पालन करनेवाले पाण्डव उन्हींकी सम्मतिसे एकचक्रापुरीमें गये
prasthāne vyāsa eṣāṃ ca mantrī priyahite rataḥ | tato ’gacchann ekacakrāṃ pāṇḍavāḥ saṃśitavratāḥ ||
Al partir, Vyāsa—siempre entregado a lo que les era querido y provechoso—les sirvió de consejero. Guiados por su parecer, los Pāṇḍava, firmes en sus votos y en su disciplina, se dirigieron a la ciudad de Ekacakrā.
राक्षस उवाच
Right action in adversity is strengthened by seeking wise counsel aimed at true welfare (priya-hita) and by maintaining disciplined vows (vrata). The verse highlights ethical leadership through guidance that prioritizes the good of others.
As the Pāṇḍavas depart during their wanderings, Vyāsa acts as their adviser. Following his guidance, they travel onward and reach the city of Ekacakrā.
