कुरुसभायां केशवागमन-सत्कारविधानम् / Preparations to Honor Keśava at the Kuru Court
नित्यं हृष्ट: सुमनसो भारतैरभिरक्षिता: | नोद्विग्ना: परचक्राणां व्यसनानामकोविदा:
nityaṁ hṛṣṭāḥ sumanasaḥ bhāratair abhirakṣitāḥ | nodvignāḥ paracakrāṇāṁ vyasanānām akovidāḥ ||
Dijo Vaiśampāyana: Siempre gozosos y de ánimo sereno, protegidos por los Bhāratas, los habitantes de la ciudad vivían sin zozobra. No los inquietaban ejércitos enemigos y, ajenos a la calamidad, apenas sabían qué eran el sufrimiento y la crisis. Por eso se congregaron a la vera del camino, ansiosos por contemplar a Bhagavān Śrī Kṛṣṇa cuando se acercaba desde Upaplavya.
